Fixtures
The playing year came to an end with our U21 B hurlers contesting the championship final, it was a ding dong battle played in front of a good number of supporters for both sides. While leading for much of the game, we eventually lost out on the honours by a single point, final score Éire Óg 1.10, Broadford 0.14. While disappointed not to get the win, there were some great performances throughout the game and the U21 campaign. The future is bright! Thanks to the lads and the management team: Niall O’Connor, Kevin Brennan, Gerry O’Connor, Tommy Barry, David Reidy, Darren O’Brien, Bob Loftus, Anthony O’Halloran and physio Ronan Lanigan. Photos from the game can be found on Mike Brennan's Facebook page here: U21 final pics A huge thanks to Mike who has been very busy snapping all year, storing memories for us all.
Our U21 footballers bowed out of their championship at the group stage having being placed in a competitive group of 3 along with Doora Barefield and Kilrush Killimer. Many thanks to the players and management team of: Padraic McElwee, Niall O’Donoghue, Kieran Kavanagh and John Mahon for the time and effort they gave.
Mass for deceased members

Ger O’Meara Memorial Golf Classic
We recently finally got to hold our Annual Ger O’Meara Golf Classic after having to postpone it due to bad weather. We had approx. 28 teams in the end which, given the protracted nature of the event, was a very good turnout! We also had magnificent support for our Tee Boxes and everyone who supported this had their name on one of the tee boxes. Some photos attached 😊
Thanks to everyone for the brilliant support and flexibility. It was a long month but well worth it as we raised a tidy sum to help with the running of our club 👏.
The results are in and there was only a puck/kick of the ball in it!
