Every Step Counts Challenge 2024
Registration is open for the 2024 Every Step Counts Challenge. Download the Irish Life app, join the Munster Challenge & register with Éire Óg Inis to have your new year steps count for the club. NB: we can be found at the very end of the clubs list.
The challenge runs from January 10th for 6 weeks, the club weekly walk will return during this period. So get ahead of the pack and get yourself registered now on the app
Along with our walking group, we are looking into the possibility of running a ‘Couch to 5K’ running training programme. More on this when we have it
