| Nótaí Gaeilge In conjunction with Seachtain na Gaeilge, we will be taking part in a Bliots as Gaeilge this week-end. John Mahon has been an-ghnóthach, putting a panel of 26 footballers through their linguistic and footballing paces, in preparation for the 4 club blitz, to take place in Clarecastle this Saturday. Organised by the host club, also taking part will be Wolfe Tones na Sionna and Cuar an Chláir, with our first match throwing in at 12.30 pm. Go néirí go geal le buachaillí an bhaile mhóir.

| St. Patrick’s Day Parade This year’s parade takes place on Monday 17th March at 11am sharp from the County Council office on New Road. It will proceed via New Road, Newbridge Road, Club Bridge, Abbey Street Car Park, Bank Place and Bindon Street. The walkers will turn right at Bindon Street and finish in the grounds of Coláiste Muire where parents are to collect.
The Jack Daly & Intermediate Ladies Cups will be joining us on the march! Looking forward to seeing as many of our underage kids from Academy, Camogie and Ladies Football participate on the day.
We will meet at 10am at the back of the Council Offices on New Road and we are position number 22 in the parade.
| Clare U20 footballers This year, the Clare U20 footballers are managed by our own Maurice Walsh, with Ciaran Russell and Mike Brennan as selectors and Barry Ryan as Goal-keeping coach. Both Luke Pyne and Cian Howard from our senior football squad are on the panel.
They play the first round v Waterford this Saturday followed by Tipperary away on Saturday, March 15th and Limerick at home on Saturday, March 22nd in Phase 1. If successful in Phase 1, they go on to play Kerry and Cork in Phase 2.
