A welcome return to Cusack Park is on the cards this Sunday where our Senior Hurling County Champions take on Tipp Champions Loughmore-Castleiney in the Munster Club Semi final. The game throws in at 1.15pm. Wishing the very best to the team and management on the day. We look forward to seeing you all there in full voice and colour to shout the lads on. Come on the Townies 
 
 
For those unable to attend, the game will be live streamed on the TG4 app and website. There is also deferred coverage on TG4 TV from 3pm Sunday.
 
All the best to our U21 footballers who take on Corofin in the B Championship semi final on Monday, November 17th at 8pm in Gurteen. There is a charge for knockout games in the U21 competitions, purchase online for discounted cost: https://clare.gaa.ie/tickets/
Cratloe and the Banner contest the other semi, tomorrow Sat at 1pm in Clarecastle.
 
On Saturday 15th, our U16 hurlers host Kilmaley in the A Championship quarter final. The game throws in at Éire Óg at 10.30am.
 
Congrats to our Senior Footballers on overcoming a stern test from Waterford Champions Rathgormack last weekend. We will now play the winners of Clonmel Commercials v St. Finbarr’s of Cork in the semis on Nov 23rd, venue to be confirmed. Clonmel and Finbarr’s play their QF, tomorrow Sat 15th in Tipp.
 
Well done also to our U21 hurlers with a good and hard fought win over Inagh Kilnamona in round  last weekend. We will play Sixmilebridge in the semis, with Cratloe and Inagh Kilnamona on the other side.

Framed photos of our Double Senior Hurling and Football Champions are now available to order. These would make an ideal Christmas gift for the Townie fanatic in your life, or to hang in your home or business.

A reminder to that Juliette O'Connell will host a Breast Health Awareness session at Éire Óg on Monday November 17th at 7pm. Juliette is a breast cancer survivor and presents a very interesting and interactive session on the topic. This event is open to club members and members of the public.

AGMs Reminders
 
Fri 14th Nov: Ladies Football AGM at 6.30pm at the clubhouse.
Thurs 20th Nov: Camogie AGM at 7.30pm at the clubhouse. (nominations and motions due back to Gemma today 14th Nov)
16th Nov at 6pm is the deadline for nominations and motions to be returned to Aileen for the GAA AGM.

Club Lotto
 
Club lotto jackpot is steadily rising and now stands at €5500. Last Thursday’s numbers were: 15, 17, 30, 31. There was no Jackpot winner, we had 3 Match 3 winners with €35 each going to: Mary Fenton, Mark Tiernan and Noreen Clancy. The Promoters Prize of €25 went to Michael Skelly. Well done to all.
