We were sorry to learn of the passing of former Éire Óg hurler and selector, Michael Hanrahan, Corrovorrin. Michael won senior and U21 hurling championships with Éire Óg and was involved as a selector later on. Our condolences to his wife Margaret, daughters Michelle, Aileen, Siobhán and Ciara, his brother Eric, sisters Joan and Mary and his extended family.
Funeral arrangements: Reposing at Kennedy's Funeral Home, Tuesday 10th December from 6pm, with removal at 7.30pm to the Cathedral. Funeral mass is on Wednesday at 11am, followed by burial in Drumcliff Cemetary.
Éire Óg will form a Guard of Honour at the removal Tuesday evening and following mass on Wednesday, members are invited to take part.
