As you are all aware at this point the GAA, Camogie Association & Ladies Gaelic Football Association have issued a directive that all activity at club, inter-county and educational level are suspended since midnight last night until March 29th (inclusive). This includes all games, training and team gatherings at all ages and grades, with no exception. See below and media release regarding same.

In light of this direction, all activities at Éire Óg are suspended, including use of the club gym. In the interest of the safety of our members and volunteers, the Saturday night club lotto sales run is also suspended until further notice. Please note our regular weekly lotto will continue as normal and we appreciate your continued support with this as our day to day bills continue to accrue.

Finally, we urge members to keep safe, be mindful of the elderly and vulnerable in our community and follow the guidance on hygiene and social distancing issued by the HSE in relation to the Coronavirus. A new helpline 1890 300046 has been launched today Friday 06.03.2020 to provide information and support to the public in Limerick, Clare and North Tipperary who are considered a casual contact or close contact of confirmed cases in the Mid West.

The information and advisory team has been established as a local point of contact. The National HSE Live helpline number is 1850 24 1850. All general queries should be directed to the national helpline number.
