Please see below info from our Healthy Club Officer, Noreen Vaughan on the clubs upcoming 5K. Also a reminder that our walking group continues each Wednesday, meeting at 6.45pm near the club astro. All are welcome, including your furry friends on leads. We will be taking a different route this week so make sure to be on time to get the details.

Éire Óg Lights Up 2022 5K 

When: Saturday February 19th 11:00am
Where: Éire Óg Clubhouse 
What: 5k walk/run/jog: all welcome including buggies, dogs & Zimmer frames! 

We are really excited to announce our very own family fun 5K!  
Please spread the word everybody is welcome members and non members, young and old.  
Meeting in Eire Óg at 10.30am for an 11:00 start.
