Clare minor ladies All-Ireland Champions

A huge congrats to the Clare Minor C ladies who won the All-Ireland final on Wednesday. They played Wicklow in a ding dong battle that looked like heading to extra time but held on to a 1 point lead to get the win in normal time. Éire Óg’s Amelie Malice put in a strong display doing herself, her club and the County proud, well done to Amelie and team.

Video clip from @ladiesfootball on Twitter showing Amelie involved in a passage of play resulting in a goal: Ladies Football on Twitter: "What a goal from Edel McNamara 🏆@ZuCarIreland All-Ireland Minor C Final. Clare lead by a point as we enter the 16th minute of injury time @Clarelgfa 3-13 @Wicklowlgfa 3-12. https://t.co/kqQvII36VL" / Twitter

Camp/Coaching

Ladies football
Well done to Ray O’Mahony and Antoinette Loftus who were drawn for the footballs signed by the Clare men’s and ladies teams, many thanks to all that supported the draw.

This weekend sees our intermediate team kick off their championship, while our juniors play round 2 (fixture details above). Our U10s have a blitz in Coolmeen on Sunday at 10am and on Saturday 13th U8s and U10s are going to Monaleen for the Munster 9-a-side blitz.
