Senior Bar Person required

Éire Óg is currently looking to recruit a Senior Bar Person to manage the clubhouse bar. The person must be available to work flexible hours. Duties will incorporate managing all operational activities of the bar. These activities include but are not limited to, managing the ordering and deliveries of stock, bar cleaning and all other necessary tasks as set out in detailed job description. This job description will be available from the Bar Treasurer. The person must also be prepared to generate new revenue opportunities for the bar and identify new ways of increasing bar activity. The successful person must have use of their own car.

An attractive remuneration package will be available for a suitably experienced candidate and this package will include appropriate incentives for improving bar performance.
