All-Ireland winning Joint Manager, Gerry O’Connor will return to the sidelines this year having agreed to take on the role of Senior Hurling manager with Eire Og.
Alongside Donal Moloney, Kilanena native O’Connor guided a gifted Clare team to three successive U21 Hurling titles between 2012 and 2014.
Gerry who has been residing in Ennis for years is joined by Martin O’Donnell, father of Clare star, Shane, who will be a selector on the setup.
Cappamore man, Liam Cronin is the new coach of the Ennis club. Cronin a Maths and IT teacher in Ard Scoil Rís has served as a selector of the schools team that claimed three Dr Harty Cup titles since 2010. Ennis man, Liam Behan is the side’s Strength & Conditioning coach.
