The Éire Óg clubhouse on Clonroadmore on Saturday night will play host to the medal presentation ceremonies for the Under 21A and Minor B football teams that brought county championship glory to the club in 2015.
Munster GAA Council chairman, Mr Robert Frost, will present medals to the victorious teams that were led by the two Conors - Brennan (Under 21) and O'Halloran (Minor) - to championship success over Kilrush/Killimer in the respective finals.
The minor success came after an eight-match campaign, with the Townies decisively overturning a 2-10 to 1-4 defeat against Kilrush/Killimer earlier in the campaign when scoring a county title win by 2-11 to 0-9 in Cooraclare in early December.
The Under 21s, meanwhile, produced a great second half display against the wind in their final against Kilrush/Killimer in Miltown in mid-November, scoring a fully-merited 0-7 to 0-5 win to complete an historic three-in-a-row run in the grade.
The final victory was made possible after a dramatic success in the semi-final after extra-time against Lissycasey, with corner-back Conor Dolan travelling the length of the field to score a winning goal in the last seconds.
Four players had the distinction of playing in both final wins. They were Conor O'Halloran, David McNamara, Éinne O'Connor and Tadgh Connellan, while county minor final man of the match Paddy Honan was also part of the Under 21 winning squad.
Proceedings in the clubhouse will get underway at 8pm.
