We are all delighted at the prospect of getting back to the pitch and and resuming training with our teams, this can only happen once all of the online requirements as set out by the GAA/Camogie Association/LFGA are fully adhered to. Note in the case of underage players, the parent/guardian is must also comply with set out requirements and should complete them with and on behalf of their children.
Reminder:All adult players, parents of underage players (minor and under), team personnel (managers/coaches/selectors/Covid supervisors/physio etc), club officers and volunteers must complete:
- The online education module (email your completed cert to: documents.eireoginis@gmail.com) and
- The online health questionnaire prior to return to club activity
- Players and team personnel are then required to use the 'reconfirm' button on online health questionnaire prior to each training session/game.
Team Covid supervisors will be checking this and also keeping track of attendance at training/games for contact tracing purposes.

Requirements of spectators/visitors to club:
Anyone wishing to attend training sessions or games in the club should complete the online education module prior to attending the club. Spectators other than those listed in the above paragraph need just screenshot/print the completed certificate and have it available if or when they attend the club.

Finally, a reminder that all club activity is entirely voluntary, if you or someone close to you is in the at risk category in terms of Covid-19, you should consult your GP and take advice from them.

The following two online tasks must be completed by adult players and guardians of Under 18's; all team personnel and club officers/volunteers before they can return to activity at the club.
1] Online Covid-19 Education Module
The education module needs to be done just once, it takes less than 20 mins to read over and can be done on a mobile or computer. At the end a certificate like the one below will be generated, type your name into the cert, then screenshot it or save it using the 'print to pdf' option on the page. Email your completed cert to: documents.eireoginis@gmail.com

2] Health Questionnaire
The health questionnaire is live now.
This system is an online one, provided by the GAA/Camogie Association/LGFA. You will need to create a profile with a username and password and complete an online health form. This form will need to be done in advance of return to club and you will need to be able to log back into this system prior to each session/game you wish to attend to reconfirm your health status. Make sure to fill the form fully, noting the team you play with. You should add a new health form for each team you play with.

The online health questionnaire system will not be up and running until next week. Senior players will be contacted by their manager to outline process for this week where relevant.
Reminder to get your E learning module completed asap. It can be done on a phone or computer. Type in your name and you can then screenshot the certificate or save it as a pdf using the print option on the page. Éire Óg Inis-Member update on return to club activity 21 June 2020
We are busy in the background preparing for reopening our club grounds. The Clare County Board have released revised fixtures for adult GAA competitions which will be circulated once finalised after club delegates discuss with the County Boards next week. To date the underage competition schedules for hurling and football have not yet been received by clubs so we await correspondence from the underage boards on this. Our camogie & ladies football sections will communicate their fixture schedules to you directly.
Prior to returning to the club all players (or guardians for underage players), coaches, & other team personnel, club volunteers and officers will have to do each of the following:
- Complete an online Covid-19 Education Module: online Covid-19 Education module link, this can be done now and takes approx 20 mins, screenshot or print/save to pdf the certificate at the end, it will need to be shown at the club when requested. *email your certificate to: documents.eireoginis@gmail.com
- Complete an online health questionnaire: the link for this has not yet been sent to clubs and will be forwarded as soon as we get it
- Ensure your club membership is up to date and club development levy has been paid: Online membership link

The club has appointed a Covid Co-ordinator and club officers are meeting team managers to ensure conformity with the guidelines issued by the GAA, Camogie Association and LGFA. The clubhouse and changing rooms will remain closed until further notice but there will be access to toilets. A timetable for pitch use is being drawn up in agreement with team managers. Re-opening of facilities will be on a gradual basis, with priority in the first week being given to senior teams.

Below is the latest update from the GAA, Camogie Association & LFGA in relation to return to club activity, released Saturday 20/06/2020.
The following changes to the return to activity guidelines are being made after recommendations from this morning’s Covid-19 Advisory Committee.
These changes were subsequently endorsed by the GAA, the Camogie Association and the LGFA.
This week:
- Open pitches for Adult training next Wednesday, June 24th.
- Open for Minor and below from Saturday, June 27th.
- Both of the above on a non-contact basis and on the understanding that players and all participants have completed the eLearning module and are following the control measures in place (health questionnaire etc).
- On the basis of a maximum of 15 players in a designated area of the field (26 Counties) and 10 players in a designated area of the field (6 Counties).
- Coaching numbers for underage teams to be consistent with Code of Behaviour.
From June 29th:
- Allow contact training and challenge games for all from Monday, June 29th (26 Counties).
- We await guidance from the NI Executive in relation to 6 Counties – non-contact training in the numbers outlined above in the interim.
- We also await clarification on what will constitute a close contact versus a casual contact.
- Restriction on participants-only attending training sessions to be relaxed from June 29th – subject to government specified maximum of 200 people in the ground.
- Allow Club Fixtures from Friday July 17th.
- No change to inter-county dates (Sept 14th for training; competitions to start on Oct 17th as planned).
- All control measures for players, coaches and other team personnel (completion of health questionnaire, eLearning education etc) is to remain in place until advised otherwise; dressing rooms to remain closed until July 20th
- The Advisory Committee is considering the position in relation to other GAA buildings (such as Club bars that are serving food, Gyms, Handball alleys etc). Guidance will be provided in this context before June 29th
